Aeromix | 70 minutes
Aeromix - Interval involves a series of low- to high-intensity exercise workouts interspersed with rest or relief periods. The high-intensity periods are typically at or close to anaerobic exercise, while the recovery periods involve activity of lower intensity that you can obviously feel in the music. Note : Single tracks Track 1-11 : 30/15 interval format (Break 15sx4, workout 30sx4) Track 12-22 : 45/15 interval format (Break 15sx3, Workout 45sx3)
